For traditional MD/DO applicants, starting 12–18 months before you submit gives the most room for school list research, essay drafts, and MCAT timing. For EAP (BS/MD and BS/DO) applicants, we typically start in the spring of junior year of high school. If your deadlines are closer than that, we can still help — we'll just move faster.

The application mechanics are similar, but BS/DO committees also evaluate a candidate's understanding of osteopathic philosophy and whole-person, primary-care-oriented medicine. We build that into the essay strategy, shadowing guidance, and interview prep rather than reusing MD-track material.
